Veterans Memorial Golf Course maintenance building replacement.

What is the project?
Veterans Memorial Golf Course maintenance building replacement.

I'm the Mechanic/Assistant Superintendent at the Veterans Memorial Golf Course.
Ive worked at the Vets since 1996.
I, more than any one agree that our aging maintenance building needs to be replaced.
A few years back, a co-worker and I had to push a section of our shop back onto the
foundation with a tractor. We drove re-bar into the ground to keep it from sliding out again.
That section of the shop started to buckle and collapse and if we hadn't been standing there it would have. When it rains hard, the water flows in because the ground slopes into the shop. We also don't have near enough room for equipment and some of the equipment has to stay outside all the time.
My work area is so crowded, its sometimes difficult to get equipment in my shop for repairs or sharpening on my grinders. My grinders take up about 50% of my floor space. My tools, spare parts, tires work benches and lockers take up another 25% of my shop floor. My shop looks like a mess all the time. There is just no storage area to put anything.

I have removed the pictures of my shop from my profile page. It seems that after this long a time and no public interest about this city property on this forum, I as well will give up my interest. I'm just one person and one person does not make a difference. I would like to thank the city workers for helping us with the storm cleanup. It was much appreciated. Do you find this valuable?
