			Thread started: Sep 17 2007, 2:55 PM EDT Watch The most below average student in statistics would learn that the above graphic is a pretty splotch of colored circles but is almost useless in conveying information. Maybe the UB dosen't really want us to know how the costs compare, but for us just enjoy the colors and patterns?
