Lets here it! What did he do? When did he do it? It has to be bad because its being kept a secret. I think the school board has forgotten that they are in public service, not in the service of Rich Carter or Bill Jordan. How about a little honesty for the people who just agreed to shell out 20 million dollars for school renovations. It sounds and looks like, to me, your thumbing your nose and laughing at us. If violated a policy or did something illegal that would get him fired from any other job than he should be canned from this one. This is rediculous and is not in the best interest of our community. I hope I am not the only one who thinks it time to clean up that office.

Intuitively we want the schools to look nice and also to be safe. However it is not old building materials, cracked flooring and bad ventalation systems that make our schools unsafe. It does not matter how much money you spend fixing buildings (and I have been in the administration building...you don't need a new one) and installing electronic gadgetry you are only temporarily masking the underlying problems. It is the human component that is missing, especially at the middle schools and the high school that make our schools unsafe and unsightly. It is easy to find consultants to point out structual deficits and the need for renovation, but this is not what makes a better school. You can dress a donkey in a $2000 tuxedo but it will forever be a donkey. It's not the tuxedo! We need fresh horses
